All items purchased from our online store will be delivered to you by express courier to the address you indicate when placing the order.
- STANDARD products will be dispatched from our warehouse and entrusted to the courier in 2-3 working days.
- CUSTOMISED products will be manufactured and entrusted to the courier within 25-30 working days.*
- PRE-ORDER products will be entrusted to the courier as soon as they are in stock.
*As between November and December the master craftsmen at our factory will interrupt their activities for the winter break, there will be a delay in the production of all Corona Monogram and Totem customized products. Orders received from Nov, 4th will be shipped in 50-60 working days.
Orders placed after 11AM on Friday and on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number to track your shipment, as soon as your order is entrusted to the courier. We do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the courier and the shipping country. During August and December, shipments and delivery times may be subject to variations with respect to the times indicated.

Richard Ginori s.r.l shall not be liable for any delays in the delivery of products that are unforeseeable or not attributable to it (e.g. customs inspection, strikes, extreme weather events or disasters that make it impossible to deliver the product in time).
The customer is required to check upon delivery of the products that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the delivery note and that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch of the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested on the courier's delivery note. Where permitted by applicable legislation, once the courier's document has been signed with no exceptions raised by the customer, the customer may not object to any exterior characteristics of the delivered package.
Shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place one order for each location. All orders are processed automatically, so we are unable to modify shipping and delivery times.
If your order contains more than one item (e.g standard items and customized/ pre-order products), shipping may occur at different times. In that case, shipping costs will be charged only once.
For each order Ginori 1735 will issue appropriate receipt that will be sent e-mail or shipped with the products, in accordance with current regulations. Any invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the customer at the time of order. No changes to the invoice are allowed after it has been issued.
Once the order has been placed and the order confirmation email sent, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. Still, you can proceed with the return of the item/s once you receive the shipment.
