Hand-painted platinum threading embellishes the contours and illuminates the entire piece. The Catene collection, like the Labirinto collection, was brought to life by the creative genius of designer and architect Gio Ponti, Artistic Director of the Florentine Maison from 1923 to 1933, who was instrumental in establishing the Studio as an exemplar of savoir faire for excellence and the essence of made in Italy design.
