Catene is a collection of tableware, tea and coffee sets and home décor items embellished with a woven pattern that is striking in its refined simplicity and speaks to a style that is always contemporary. The decoration, that fine interlocking of rings that binds the plates, cups and all the other porcelain pieces in the collection, comes from a series of drawings by the celebrated architect Gio Ponti in the early 1900s when he was the artistic director of our Studio.
